heeya, The other day i hooked up spotlights and everything was sweet... but the next day, my right headlight is extremely dull. the power going to it is 0.70 volts on low beam and 10.00 volts on high beam.... Very strange indeed. Since this happened i have pulled out the spotlights and wiring but it is still dull. I have a bad feeling that i've killed something in my poor attept of wiring up spotties. Does anyone have an idea what has happened without actually seeing it? cheers, Tom

haha u were right. I usually would check the fuses but i figured that theres power still going thru so i didn't bother? is there a reason that it was still working but very poorly?

just got told that jcar sell glow fuses...when they are faulty they let off a glow so you can see whats what without having to pull them out one by one....about 80cents each i think

Could be a backfeed from the relay you had hooked up.

If you are still having probelms, i'll be out that way on the weekend so i'll have a look then

I got very confused with the first one I encountered so don't feel too bad. There is a separate fuse for LH and RH headlamps, when a fuse blows, the headlamp goes really dull. I've encountered a few more since. Headlamp bulbs in upside down seems to happen a bit too....
