Liberty Door Lights?

Was checking out my door lights today, the ones located on the bottom corner of the four passenger doors that light up when the door is open.

And both of my back passenger doors lights, light up, but my two front doors lights don't. With further investigation i found there are no globes in the front lights, but using the globes out of the back lights my front ones worked... they just didn't have globes.
("oh is that all!", you're all thinking... well yes it is, but)

I was wondering if they had maybe been taken out or they are just optional to put globes in?
Anyway if anyone has two of these globes kicking bout they don't want, you know who to PM.
or
where could i find some apart from Subaru where they would be over $100 a pop

is there any markigns on them at all?

have u tried any of the parts stores repcos coventrys autobhan if its over there.

if they have markings post em up it may help

shuld jsut be able to go into some stores and match one up id think

i dunno abotu over there buy the repcos here generally have a Narva globe chart on there benches in a 1to1 scale so u can jsut put the globe over the right size and then find the part number that corresponds to the correct wattage (ie 3.4W)

i also wonder if there is some in my lib? probly aint worth the postage but

and seriously Subaru may only be like a couple of bucks each lol not over 100

thats probly evrything i culd tell ya lol

morris gale across form the councel chambers in wynyard should have them he keps lots of stuff like that if not try one of the servos

Thanks Matatak, thats all you need to tell me

But I reckon I'll first go and check out Morris Gale, seeing Wynyard is closer then Burnie - which has the auto shops. I just asked mum bout the place and she said they used to get the car serviced at Morris's there back in the day haha.

heh, cant you get two of them globes from ANY auto shop for like 50c each?? They are the same as any interior globe.

they coem in all different sizes but thats the problem
some sizes are common others are not so common
i wuldnt no by lookin at the pic of these but if Subaru are wantin $8 a globe id say not to common

they are common :)just go to auto store ull come out with two for a dollar..

hahaha, yea not looking much into making the globes beefcakes, just want some globes, haven't been near town yet... but soon!

Jackpot, went today, and got 2 4 2 20 ... two for $2.20 at morries.
We just matched the sizes up, but they had different markings on them, didn't really look at them, got home put them in and wowo they work... just hope they aren't the "beefcake ones" haha

haha yea, he searched them on his computer and paused a second when he found them... i believe in this second he thought, i'll put another 20cents on that price or maybe another dollar 20, Doh!
