you have a VTD gearbox out of a turbo car - this mod will not work for you.

Seriously - your center diff is not your problem.

I have a switch for center diff lock in my liberty, but its a gen1 gearbox. The "cut the wire to the dutyc solenoid" trick will not work for your gen2 turbo gearbox.

Having said that, if you really do have your mind set on having a diff lock switch, the gen2 turbo harness actually had a fuse holder in the engine bay for diff lock. insert the fuse - center diff is locked. put a switch across this and your set.

Dave had a switch set up like this in his old liberty, it had the same gearbox as you and a TT engine. he NEVER used it as it didnt make any difference. These gearboxes drive the rear very well as is.
