What model struts?

My liberty now has its 3 " lift, and i want to get my bigger tyres, but i need to know what model and year outback struts i need to get, im just going to go to a wrecker and get the cheapest ones i can find for the moment, then eventually ill get brand new kyb's.

liberty is a 1990 with RS suspension

its almost done....just minor issue concerning 2 stripped nuts then it will be done...its amazing what u can do when ur in a hurry :D

96 outback front strut and spriings for the rear get the liberty front wheel drive model rear struts , they are about 40mm longer than the awd ones.

most guys are running outback gear front and rear now. I would recommend it..

I am running the FWD rear struts, they arent longer the spring seat is just higher 30mm higher. I am planning on upgrading to outback gear all round in the future

cheers guys,..me and alex went for first test run with the lift...OMG!! goes sooooo nicely...cant wait to get the new struts and tyres...will be awesome then
