Bit late to the party on this one Oz, I don’t know of anyone with this issue and I know it’s not something covered on the forum at this time.
If you’ve found the solution, please post it up for others to find. Hopefully they will also add their experiences here too.

I've heard ( through FB ) that the software running the 'entertainment' system goes out of date & can't be updated easily ( or not at all ) ...
It would best to contact your service dealer to see what they recommend.
