Ea82t engine wiring>where does it go?

Post by wrx_nut » Fri Jun 23, 2006 7:29 pm

what do these connect to on the engine harness of an ea82t?

Image

it plugs in near the battery and goes to the coil, is earthed to the back of the motor and plugs into a plug fixed to the motor...where do the connectors go?

^shows earth wire and fixed plug^

any help would be great

They connect to the inside of the distributor.

The plug on the top of the engine is the knock sensor. The four spade terminals connect to four corresponding points on the turbo distributor - they have to be in the right sequence to work, of course.
