89 brumby ea81 -new water pump,thermostat,rad,timing good,no bubbles in rad or oil starting 2 shit me dont tell me im ripping heads off this w-end.

if its not the hg dont really worry about it, check that the fans work properly and are fully shrouded

I'd make sure that your temp gauge is accurate for a start, then go from there.

Also make sure it is correctly tuned, if running lean it will run hot. This happened to me in my brother's mini - only because the carbie was coming loose!

Take it to a radiator shop and get them to test it.
