starting problems

hey guys i recently got an upper cylinder head clean on my 99 liberty.

since then i have had problems starting it once its ticked over its fine for most the day anything past 5 hours it starts really lumpy.
my self diagnosis would be either battery, dislodged fuel injector, leaky fuel injector has anyone had similar problems and maybe solutions?
