Rear Diff Stub Q's

Post by chriSTIan » Wed Aug 20, 2008 9:10 pm

Hi
I want for fit a rear plated lsd(off a leone rx) into my liberty, whats the easiest way
1 use L series stubs.Do the liberty inner cv fit onto the L series stubs?
2 can the Liberty stubs be fitted to the RX diff centre?
Thanx
Chris

afaik it should all be the same with R160's

BrennyV just chucked a Welded out of an L into his Lib last weekend and it all fitted up.

yeah, the RX diff should accept normal L series male stubs - which should suit your liberty fine

I think you have 1st Gen Liberty dont you? Yes you'll need male-female CVs. I think RX Leone's diff will fit on your existing CVs.
2nd Gen Lib is male-male CVs so it'll need to be changed.

We bolted a RX turbo diff out of a MY leone straight into a Legacy RS rear. No issues, just check the stubs are in good condition
