Took my car for a wash today through the drive through at Bp, :D
I got the $9 dollar wash (used to be the dearest/best wash, but now the $11 is) and i could of cleaned my car better with my eyes shut,
and one of the rollers nearly took off my rear wiper blade, the roller choked a bit then reversed and then carried on.
It was cleaning just mud, and didn't clean my rims very well so when i drove off the rims flicked wet mud up the side again. :???:

Maybe the $11 wash next time but i don't see how its any better apart from doing the under side of the car. pffft pathetic haha

first time i've used a car wash except (port latta one) and maybe the last.

lol bugger.. Isnt there a sign that says you need to anchor your rear wiper down?
I cant remember:P
But hey, its still fun to be in the car through those things!
Just like a subrate show ride...or something lol

I never go near those roller or brush type car washes, if I use a car wash it's the DIY high pressure spray ones like Car Lovers etc.

On that note I gave "Casper" his ½ yearly "Kero Bath" to get rid of all the tar spots and road grime.

I didn't really look, i only saw the (left behind) dirt :(
But i'd really like to do under neath my car, thats where i think it matters?

Hoekl - haha i forgot about the pillarless doors and could only hope i'd done all the electric windows up tight, one positive out of all this... My suby passed for leaks :D

a mate worked at a servo with a carwash when he went to uni. Another mate turned up for a freebie and lost his mirror. It has been cheap amusement for servo guys over the years, to see just what can fall off customers vehicles. I use a 2 stroke pressure washer suck off my water tank. Paid for itself in about 20 washes.
