West Coast BBQ and Beer weekend. Oct 5,6,7

Post by Fatz » Mon Sep 17, 2007 1:29 pm

Hello Gentz.
Looks like that time has quickly come around.
I'm at the stage now where im running out of time and the next 4wd trip is coming up.
Soooo, on the 4,5,6 of Oct. I'm going to hold a BBQ and Beer weekend in hope to draw the attention of fellow Subaru Enthusiasts to help me "Start" and "Finish"(or close enough) my L wagon.
Basically i havent done anything yet except for installing a lift kit.
Things that are needed to be done are..
Engine install, wiring(i will have rear loom, just need to set it all up), Some how i need a EJ radiator installed, i have lib lower frame lying about. Anyone have welding skillz?
Not sure what im doing yet with Rims/Hubs etc. And possibly zorst. But thats least of my worries.
Anyone interested?
Anything else i can do or provide to draw you guys along?
Cheers.
Adam

I'll be there since its such a massive 3 minute walk from my house.

Ohhh, I should take this oppertunity to see if anyone has any parts for my brumby I can get off them, I need everything for an ej22 conversion, passenger side front indicator cover (single headlight), drivers side windscreen wiper nut cover (i broked it), 4 stud rims (Fatz ?), Rear LSD, EJ d/r gearbox, L series low range, MY rear disc breaks, umm what else...

Anyways PM me if you can help out with any stuff :D

Soz for hijacking your thread Fatz I just love trying to annoy you tho :P

Just to clarify, Fri the 5th is a public holiday. So your welcome to come down later Thurs or early Fri.

Will be there. (that's food for two :) )

If the friday is a public holiday for the burnie show then it's probably not a public holiday down south. I've got fridays off regardless, so if the rest of the carpool can swindle a friday off then I spose we can come early.

Organise = Clean up? (Note s not z, american)
Maybe put that great big LCD back in the lounge...
