Book the same dates off as Megan has. If you haven't booked a site at Alice yet you will be pushing it. Have a read back through here and you will find the telephone number.

Simplified run down is
leave on the 2nd
Arrive Alice on the 5th
Finke stuff all weekend
Alice to the rock and back then head to the gulf
Spend about a week
Long drive home in about 3 days.

or if you prefer, me, boofnut, and possibly posty are leaving on the 31st of may and meeting everyone at longreach on the 2nd.

This way we arent doing such big drives at the start, and get to spend some time at longreach
