White L Series, Roof Racks, 13" Sunnies, Green P Plates and NO windows excluding the windscreen spotted at North Haven Foodland around lunch time. I pulled into the park across from it while it was pelting with rain, the poor man and his friend frantically tried to put towels in place of the windows with not much luck before driving away. It was hilarious. Anyone on here?

Green P plates? Sounds like a Eastern states subie to mee.

Yeah, I didnt look at the number plates, I was too busy laughing about their lack of windows and presence of rain. They would have been defected for sure if they drove past some nice police men or women.
