i remember awhile ago seeing a lifted L wagon then thinking to myself i must have one. well now i do and since coming on here i seem to see lifted L and my's with 14' wheels all over the place, but being a bus driver at st agnes there seems from what i see daily alot around fairview park.... so to cut a long story short, who lives up this way (any side of ttp) and is a member on here?
i always see a white lifted L and brumby with 14's around hancock rd.

a member yes, but not that side of town, other side. there are lots of L wagons around adelaide (in my suburb alone there are 7-8 L wagons and my's). and i have also seen a fair few which are lifted.... acctually saw a red L wagon similar to yours today heading up along onkaparinga vally rd. had a wheel carrier on the back.....

one of my family members lives around the corner from my old house in tea tre gully with a lifted brumby and a lifted L series....the brumby is not licenced so not on the road but the L is his daily driver and consistantly takes my nephew to school in banksia park high school. so it may be his car u see sometimes

maybe you dont need a lift kit, they are pretty good off road in standard form, just get an lsd and some reasonable tires.

or bigger springs?

A hammer, angle grinder and you can stuff 27's under it easy enough.
Bigger springs, assuming they are "taller", just means you loose down travel which is important offroad, and if you loose too much of that its very bad onroad. By the picture of strifes wagon the front is plenty high for stock. The rear could come up a little, just need to wind up the adjuster nut.

they arn't 14's like everybody else but they look a lot better than the stock wheels. only want 250 for them, paid over 370 for just the tyres
PM me if your interested
