Loveday 4x4 Park 17/18Nov

OK Guys we have booked Loveday for the 17/11/07 for some 4x4ing and to camp overnight. We have if everyone turn up six cars going so far, so if we get five or more there then it will only be $50 per car. If we all can make it to the United servo in Barmera by noon we can get directions to the Gate where we will meet Tony the owner.

[a small note there will be a few youngsters coming along but they won't stop anyone having fun.]

Got some new tyres today so I am goning down to Goolwa beach tomorrow to try them out.

Hey guys I was just wondering what sort of 4x4 equipment I should carry in the car? I got a short handled shovel, 10 Lt jerry can and I will pick up a snatch strap in the week is there anything else I should get?

A mate of mine (in the Patrol) and I are heading up there early. So we'll meet you on the property come Saturday arvo. We just want to get some nice quite fishing and lounging in for a couple of hours.

As for the post above. Don't forget shackles. I'll have a heap of recovery gear and a first aid pack (which is very important.) Also good idea to bring your common sense.. I seem to leave mine behind every 4wd trip.
