Post by chriSTIan » Sun Jun 10, 2007 8:14 pm

Hi all
Went past the muddies today just to check out the condition of the "pad",
it is very very wet, lots of water everywhere.
A lot more than the last time we all went.

Subarino has a snorkel, maybe he could show it off to you all and check the depths... Next addition will be a periscope :p

And anyone got pics of this area, i've heard lots about it but don't think i've seen it.

Cheers

Yeah im not testing the snorkel... spent too much on repairs from water damage before I installed it. About $3000 dollars to be exact.

90 Achres is a great place... but it's not good for ya car... i have not had to replace my wheel bearings since i stoped going... and they are right... the mud gets absolutely everywhere and takes months to clean.

my old man works for the public transport authority, and did some research on the area(i didnt ask him to, he just did) It is an old dump site for alcoa, and the muddy stuff is something they have put down to cover up all the crap thats underneath it...lets just say that stuff is not healthy and the whole area was blocked off for a reason...i cant remember exactly what it is but the stuff in there is very very very unhealthy...
