Help needed to store my car in Perth

As above, I've been flat out getting my mothers house ready for sale as we had to put her in a home after a stroke and it's where I usually left my Liberty when I wasn't using it, I'm now living in the Transit van so I can travel ( I.E. not on the verge ) but also will need somewhere to park the van when I'm in Perth, the car needs to be in a relatively secure place as it can't be insured and I'll pay $30 per month for the inconvenience.

As I said I'll also need somewhere to park the Transit while I'm in Perth and will pay $70 per week for parking, a bit of water, use of bathroom and Electricity so if you have room or know someone that wants a bit of pocket money please let me know via PM

I have to be gone by this Friday so the car is the most important as I can free park the van if needed for a short time.

The van is relatively large and about 3m high with the solar on the roof.
