I'm always looking out for them and the only person I know that has some is Chris in Banjup but when ever I ask to buy one off him, he says he has plans for them :(

I will probably see Chris towards the end of next week, need to get a trailer load of wood chips from him (I live literally around the corner from there now). I'll quiz him about targa brumbys for you.

Brumby's are getting rare, let alone targa tops. Ive been looking for one for about 3 months now and cant seem to find one. Put 'Subaru brumby' into gumtree these days and you get less then one page of results, and most of those are for parts.

Just be patient. When we purchased my mother inlaw's brumby about 5 or 6 years ago we looked for 6 months - tried to take our time to get the right targa brumby.

It's all about being patient and not buying the first or second one you find!

This thread is now defunct - Subarino has now found himself a Targa Brumby  And it's a good looking unit too!

He'd better link his build thread in here to follow!

Heads up! Targa brumby for sale in perth for $2k on gumtree. Looks like a champion buy for that money. Typical  I buy a crappy brumby last week and this shows up. If anyone wants me I'll be outside beating my head against the nearest wall
