Giving subies a bad name

My son watched a hit and run today. The owner of a L series wagon ran over a man in the car park of a shopping center, he had parked in a disabled bay. This stopped a disabled couple from using it. He was asked to move so he told them to ...off then drove out of the car park then charged back and ran the guy over. He took off but was recognized by people who live in the area. I wonder about the mentality of people when they park in disabled bays, but its not worth killing over.

had a similar incident up here a few months back. a feral couple had parked there commodore in a disabled parking (even though there was plenty of spots). as the missus was walking past she made a comment on how they shouldn't park there. the feral bloke abused her and threatened to hit her! needless to say they where not parked there when i arrived 15 mins later.
i hope the moron pays for his crime, and hope the man will recover

The guy was a P plater. and the victim was taken away in a Ambo.
The act is classed as attempted murder and also leaving the scene of a crime, and failing to render assistance at a accident, the list goes on. He going to jail regardless.
