What's an '86 L Wagon worth in Perth

I am selling my L series & have no idea what it's worth. It's a reliable runner but other then that nothing special.
The redbook value on these are $1000 - $2200. Thats a huge spread.
What do you guys reckon they are going for in Perth?

how many km? how much rust? over all condition inside/out/mechs? additional extra's (14" tyers, tinted windows, bars etc)?
Look in local paper/Qucka but i would think for 2g she could go. Remember you can alway negtiate down but hard for you to go up.

Remember the redbook values are based on what a dealer will give you for a trade-in. Private sale value could be totally different.

2nd hand motor 220 000
spotlights
14" peugoet wheels
kenwood stereo system cassette not cd
no A/C or heater
drives well
brakes just relined front & back

Rust is allways a deterent no mater how old a vehical is , if you asked for 2000 and got near to that you should be doing ok.
