2001 forester

i am regretfully selling my 2001 Forester. i have put alot of effort and money into this car to get it to where it is now. it has:
2" spacer blocks.
1" raised king springs with KYB rear struts.
Aluminium sump gaurd.
Full sound system with 12" sub.
215/75R15 BFGoodrich A/t tyres.
spotties.
roof rack.
snorkel.
KnN filter.
it has just had timing belt, drive belts and water pump changed. the clutch is 6 months old and has new break pads all round. it's got full service history and has done only 170,000km. Ontop of the full servise history i have changed the oil and oil filter every 5000km as extra insurance and as i used to work for a mechanic i know how good this is for the engine.
i am selling my car as mid next year i plan on travelling around the West Australian coast and am buying a two person camper.
i am asking for $12,000ono.
