Preston Beach Fishing Trip - May 22nd

Post by RSR 555 » Sun May 09, 2010 12:38 pm

Ok guys.. Looks like we've got a bt of interest in heading down to Preston Beach on the 22nd of May

I'm looking to fish (and other stuff) most of the night :D so I'll be camping in the swag (hopefully on the back of RSR Brat) but people are welcome to come and go as they please.

If you like we can leave on Friday Arvo (21st) and stay a couple of nights?

Will have UHF radios (ch15) if people come down (or up) later on :)

EDIT: Here's a kinda map for anyone that needs it.. straight down the new Forrest Highway turn left to head to Bunbury then turn right onto Preston Beach Road

I'm no expert in handhelds but I'm guessing that if they have at least 20 channels then you should be fine :)

oh, and as for rego, does it need the pits? the midland is good. i had to take a mates car over today. went through easy. (has few problems too!)

cool man, lemme know what you want for the battery...

and yeah it needs the pits. It use to be fairly lifted and i did afew things to it for better offroadness which i have to return to stock before i take her over the pits.

Not sure if itll pass with my 33s and 2inch body lift but ill try!
