How well does the solar on the bonnet work?

I think it used to work better than it does now. I believe it was put there to trickle charge the battery so he knew it wouldn't go flat. Looks pretty good there too IMO.

He put that on when he did the Balfour Tr in Tassie...yes, the BALFOUR TRACK!!! Not that many big fourbies do that track & he did it in a Foz with 2 open diffs! A real achievement :twisted:

I think he uses it to keep his 2nd battery charged ;)
