Easter saturday trip

G'day Vicco's!

I'm itching to get out with my new rims and tyres to see how they go. I'm going to head out in the Cobaw State Forest for a bit, maybe a whole day if others are in attendance.

This is a short notice expressions of interest. Meet point would be the intersection of Three Chain Rd and Croziers Rd, Cobaw at 9am Easter Saturday.

I would love to go for a few days but I have to pack up for our move to Hotham the tuesday after Easter...

Time to get stuck into some subi maintenance during the week!

Cheers

Better off flying over here and coming out with us Bennie :) although I could only lend you the Brumby to take :( as the L is not ready yet.

Yeah thanks paul - I realise you only want me over there to take some pics for you  but I really am hanging out to give the scorpions a go in the bush! There's some hectic tracks out there and I've been eyeing off "camp" track that is rocky as all hell, that would be the ulitmate to get my subi up - if that is achieveable (not quite there yet) I would be a good contender to show up some big rigs :D

Hopefully one day my L will be beside yours on an offroad trip. That's my aim!

I'm interested.

I don't want to spoil your fun if you're wanting to do heaps of rock hopping.
I just might have to go the long way if it gets excessive.

No worries Damo, will be good to catch up again anyway.

We can start "small" and build up to the harder stuff. You're more than welcome to jump in with me if you're not keen to drive the track in your OB ;)

And I think a mate's coming in his rangie with his bro in a zuk of some sort (haven't seen it yet)

Sweet. Ruby Scoo is all sorted :D

My mates can't make it - when they checked their calendars they're working :( Bummer.

I just need to dig up my recovery gear before we head off.

Recovery gear is still on my list.

Got stuck in sand in WA and a winch might have got me out.

Thanks for coming out today fellas! Good to catch up and meet a new face too.

I'm very stoked with Ruby Scoo's new rear springs (honda civic) and the scorpions. She did some pretty tough tracks that's for sure! Bcoutback kept up in the stock outback except for one really gnarly section at the end of the day. Top effort anyhow!

There will be pics and a write up soon I hope - got some busy days ahead while we move to hotham/fix up ruby scoo's loose bits before hand (sounds so dirty!).

Cheers
