hey all, i just move to jeparit in the wimmera region. beautiful tracks around here and very challenging sand tracks. i manage one of the pubs here so if accommodation is needed i might be able to workout a price.

Hey Learner!

Sounds good mate, when do you reckon the best time of year is to drop in for some fun?

Cheers

Actually the border track is a good run, as well as Wyperfeld, Murray - Sunset and scorpion springs parks. For a good camp site try Rocket Lake.

been a while

been a while but now is the season.
Spring is coming fast..
i don't have time to organise anything, but hindmarsh area is great to explore mostly 4x4. my touring wagon is still stock all round, but i made it around the lake. Great track around and great scenery.
people that loves the challenge of 4x4 should check it out soon as we had plenty of rain.

many little towns around (including the one i live in Jeparit)

if someone is willing to organise anything i might like to hitch a ride with some1.

I'd so love to be there - but I really wanna get a lift sorted before I take her out seriously again, I've just ironed out the floor pan!

I'd be interested to hear the trip report if anyone ends up heading out that way...

Cheers

i used to run the pub down here.. loads of big 4x4 (more like tanks) i think the little subies will do a better job b/c of their weight but they have to be lifted as the tracks can be real deep
