haha,
its in a Nat.Park...they'd have a dim view of making your own road.
spoke to the driver...they were contracted to do something about the last jump-up bit, bringing in rock splitters!.
His opinion is that 4wds pulling the camper vans (which is getting so bloody popular.....hehe must be over a dozen manufactures of them here (saw at the rosehill show)) and motor bikes get in the ruts btn rocks and after awhile just wreck it.
6yrs ago or whatever I was here last, were no signs or blocked off tracks....the track I used then is gated....the dozer driver said yeah that one was too hard to maintain
lol, i haven't mentioned yet where this is............

Seems to me like a little bit of cheating to me. C'mon, where were you?
'91 Sportswagon - 3" lifted, 14" speedys, 27" Nankangs + lots of small details improved. Wouldn't mind some extra grunt from an EJ.

south, one of very few Nat.Parks I know of with a public access maintained 4wd track! . and yes the greenie freak fanatics want to close that too.
