Wreckers for L series in Sydney?

Anyone got a lead on possible wreckers for the L series in Sydney.

I'm chasing a few minor bits to get my wagon running, but they're a little obscure.
water pump pulley for example.

Pickies at Blacktown seems a no go anymore. A couple of weeks ago they ditched all of the carby versions (had about 3 or 4) & only kept the 2 EFI Touring wagons.

bugger thats where i would have sent you. So do either of the wagons have an LSD. there is one place i went to that had my targa top glass in sydney though, just trying to think of the place. Other wise i might have something to help you out or get it sent from the brumby shop or jappo donks!

If they did, one of them would've been at my place by now;)

I'm slowly discovering how much difference there is between a Vortex engine & an L series.

Now I need the rear timing belt cover on the drivers side as well:mad:
Damn those stupid captive nut things in the plastic (especially when a nut could be accessed on the back...)

For starters I needed a water pump pulley (engine is from a Vortex so had the multi V version instead), but now need to get the water pump as well (I'll get new) as the pulley sits in a different alignment.

Now also chasing the rear timing cover from the drivers side as my bolts are now spinning in the plastic & I'll have to detroy the plastic to get them off:mad:

Why bother swapping the flat fan belt for the V belt system? The flat belt is more efficient to run for the motor... And it means less hassle for you in the first place!

As for those bolts, when you get them out, replace them with cable ties ;) They'll NEVER gets stuck and work a treat!

Cheers

Because the motor didn't come with any accessories & I already had the A/C system (including idler), power steer, alternator & flywheel pulley.

Just wished I'd kept the water pump off the clagged motor I got rid of...

looking at the motor, a nut on the back would be very accessible (turbo motors maybe not so easy), so I may go that route, if I can figure out how to get the bolts out without destroying the covers.
