I have been down the snow all weekend and just found out about the METER! of rain that the sunshine coast got over the weekend.
Apparently Rainbow Beach got hammerd. I reckon Freshwater Lake might be back for this years christmas party??

1000mm in 48hrs...That's like close to 3years annual rainfall here in Vicco!
Why does everyone complain about Vic being cold and wet?
I know what it was like here a few years back after 100mm in 24hrs...Lots of flooding, got the day off work though:) Can't imagine the result if 1000mm were to fall...Catastophic I should think!

Yeah awesome hey Dane, we got 360mm down here as the low moved northwards, and I couldn't get over how much the rain hammered down - then heard about Noosa's little rain event - crazy stuff.
You got your outboard on the run again?
Summers coming, should be heaps of crabs again this year, have been stockpiling the bait :P
