Go-karting against forum members 24th September

Post by yarney » Tue May 10, 2011 6:55 pm

Is anyone keen for a forum get together at Kingston Park Raceway for a night or day of go-kart racing.
Come and race the local forum members - you're guaranteed to have One Hell of A Day Out.
We did this a couple of years ago and had a ball. You don't race all in one hit, it's spread over a couple of hours. You can recover after each session and brag about your run!
Carts go up to 80kmh pretty quick, with your bum closer than the height of your lift blocks to the ground ;)

It will cost $115 for 6 x 10 minute sessions + $5.50 membership.
Please leave a post if you're interested. There is nothing in concrete yet at least 3-4 months away so start saving.

I'm in for sure.
As long as they are held together better than the
archerfield karts!

haha those archy karts are ridiculous, I had one where the brakes didn't work and the other didn't like to turn to the left.

Sounds good to me. When you have details I am keen :)
