My experience was overall pretty good.
The original ETA of 6 weeks got pushed back by a week a couple of times and ended up being around 8 weeks but in my case it was fairly understandable as I was buying a 6" lift kit which he very rarely makes.
He was easily available on the phone and even rang me pro-actively a few times with progress updates.

A few mates who've also done business with him organising more common sized kits have been pretty happy to my knowledge.

I hear recently he's been very hard to get hold of? Not too sure on this myself tho.

I have used a 3" and 4" kit. works well easy to install, i once bent a part years later and had one replaced free of charge and free post! :D my brother got a kit not so long ago in about 3-4weeks

I also got a 6" kit around the same time as Andrew. Estimated time was 6 weeks. Turned out to be a bit longer as he didn't realize there was 2 6" orders in and forgot about mine.
Communication was good apart from that.
Prices are good. Overall service is good.
Cant complain.
My first option was to go a BYB lift purely to support the forum, but i had some issues with communication so i went with Hi rise.

I should add that my first preference was also for BYB for the kit for similar reasons to Fatz but they don't do 6" kits for various understandable reasons.

ahh this is just what i needed to hear. i have ordered from them and communication is not really working at all, i was a bit worried when the 3 week turn around was over (for a common 3") and no news on delivery. glad to hear they are not a shonky mob i guess i'll wait a little longer.

ETA of 3 weeks is what i was told but that came out to be 4 and a half weeks- i think because of postage so just wait another week and you should have it
