finally got round to fixing the rust around the windscreen in the L series. Anyway I bought a tube of selleys d-mastic in town the other day to put the windscreen back in with but suddenly thought 1 tube (standard caulking gun size) might not be enough? I dont want to start then to run out anyone know how much i'll need???
cheers, timmo

Do not use mastic, use eurothane , bostic is best. One tube should be plenty

For one ,mastic is not a glue and is only ment for sealing windscreens fitted in rubber ,such as the MY model Subaru's.
You need to use eurothane , that is what they are fitted from factory with and what all windscreen fitters use to fit bonded windscreens with such as the LSeries Subaru.
