Hey I need to find a new window winder handle for my brumby, but they seem to be few and extremely far between. anybody know where I can get one, or have a spare one I can buy off you? on that note, also looking for either the clips to hold on the top rail thingy on the back gate or another rail all together. anybody got any or any ideas?

Few and far between, am I thinking about the correct part. Are you looking for the window winder, as in the handle for winding windows up and down? I have not had a close inspection of a Brumby handle however if they are the same as an L series (and I assume that they would be) then I may be able to help out with this 1 (as I should be able to locate some blue 1’s for ya). Note they will be pre-loved items (not new).

Handle is colour-specific depending on your model/year - I assume it is late-run dark grey. They always sun-fade, a new one is the way to go.
If the side trim clips are the same as the back, I can help you through a friend who is parting out a Brumby atm. The back trim you would be extremely lucky to find...

dfoyl, your right dark grey is it, where the hell do you get new ones? failing that, Frog, I'd be happy to take you up on that offer, and if they are grey then thats a bonus. and re clips I think they are the same, dfoyl, so again, love it if we could arrange such things.

The chrome trim over the rear of the tailgate are hard to come by (let alone in good nick) - I did head down to the wreckers and grabbed a heap of clips for spares and to replace some busted ones (someone had already beaten me to the trim) - how many clips do you need?

well, there is only one left in any kind of good nick, and I think there are, what, six of them along the row? so maybe 5? I've looked at what repco have and they don't have they same sort of clip. I suppose one couyld rig them up but if they are available, I'd rather the right ones.

Your friendly local Subaru dealer should be able to source the winders, especially in grey. The hardest part is getting the right p/n as most don't have the EA81 books anymore.
Sounds like Reg can hook you up with plenty of clips, if not PM me and I'll turn up a handful.
