ej22 fuel consumption Stats?

Post by SuBaRiNo » Sat Oct 08, 2005 7:34 pm

Has anyone got some approximate stats on the fuel consumption of an ej22 engine. i swear my car is using more than it should.

Some (Driving like it's stolen) stats and some (Driving like a Grandma) stats would be great.

My ej22 lseries does about 450 kms to a tank in the city, more on the highway. I do find it changes depending on the brand of petrol i buy, Caltex seems to be the quickest consumed, buggered if i know why... but it does. Not wanting to hijack your post dave with that post dave so i will put it in a seperate post.

I will update my EJ22 stats on my website soon.

http://www.geocities.com/subarushrine

Be warned that currently it has not been updated in some time.

On average I get around 10.5L / 100km or around 9.5km / litre. That varies between about 8.5L/100km to 14L/100km
