Any one running anti lag on an auto? wanna get rid of that initial launch lag in my liberty...
Can i get varying degrees of it, ie only a bit of boost at idle or does it have to be the full on?
Will my engine last beyond xmas? its only an ej20g...

you use it for track / mc work? i really dont see the point on a daily car spesh auto. and yes you engine / turbo will not give you much love

Replace your current turbo with just one of the smaller of the twin turbos off a B4 EJ20
You'll have next to zero lag, but dont expect to make power above 4000rpm.

How about the Forrester GT ball bearing turbo ? If you want it all the late EJ twin scroll system but not cheap .

Just curious as to what you're planning on achieving?
Do you know how antilag is achieved and what it will do to your auto?
Really only useful on Race cars, longevity of turbos, engine and gearbox go out the window.

Antilag basically opens the throttle, dumps in heaps of fuel and retards the timing so much that the spark fires in the exhaust stroke while the exhaust valves are open.
Huge fireball rushes down exhaust and makes turbine spin at boost making speeds. Not suitable for a road going car. Imagine what the EPA would think
If you wanna be able to launch an Auto with full boost.....
Vote 1 for the high stall torque converter

Yeah know how it works, just an idea, that lag is a pain tho. only use around 5psi normal acceleration that's all i'd want from the antilag, rarely use full boost... don't high stalls make normal driving a pain? could get a high tmr(3ish) converter with the same stall, prob make it a bit jumpy tho.

i had anti lag in my wrx, only ever used it twice to show a couple of mates what it did... never had it on for more than 10 seconds.... but that was quick without it so didnt really need it. I did hear it will screw things up pretty quick too
