hmm can one just use paint and paint things on there car and put it in the photo chopped section... bout the only thing i can do haha, what if someone else has photochopped your car, can you still enter the comp with but just give credit to them?

Any way you can chop an image that you're happy to show others is the go, so paint will be fine (some people are great at paint, more so than others at photoshop).

I don't see why not. I've entered a photoshop'd image that was chopped by me but photographed by another board member (subaruby).
