I recently bought a 91 L Series Sportswagon. It's a great car and i dont want to get rid of it, but it's slow as and needs a bit more spring in its step. As i'm new the scene i have no idea what my options are in the way of 'add ons' or conversions, how difficult or how many moneys. Any help would be appreciated, Cheers.

EJ22 conversion (motor from early Gen1 Libertys) is relatively cheap these days and not too hard to do. As Matatak says have a good browse through the conversions thread, theres a bucketload of info in there.
