I saw those Chris - keep an eye on that site for the RX/II coupes as well. They appear on their fairly regularly.
(I like the cluster layout in the blue one)

looking at the idea. would take a trip to NZ to do it though. done it once and its fairly easy. would need 2 of them though. one to drive and one for parts since nothing after the front guards is local. considering a retro STi coupe with this one..
not fussed if its an injected one or not as that will be the only local bit I can shove under it.
have to find one first.

word is that the KIWIs have very cheap WRX's over there...5k?!

they do. doors are a fair bit longer. WRX - yep but the best I saw was a $1000 GT-B. WRX still has a bit of a following so its still a bit expensive.

I dont THINK you will find any coupes in NZ other than RX/II's - so it will be injected whether you like it or not :P Would be a beast for sure Chris. Here's some other pics of them Jono - a bit better than those -:

I can sooooo easilly picture one of these lowered with a nice set of rims, an EJ20G under the bonet, an 'MY05' WRX Bug Catcher on the bonet and a nice Blue WRC paint job....YUM!!!!

that's a start. no body kit though. seen a few of those when I was in NZ.
that one is CHEAP!! ($200 NZ!) so in reality it could be here for $2k ready to strip.
now all I need is the rear of a XT6.

just put a bid on that one. waiting on a reply with more images. so I can make a decision- wanted one with a body kit though, car is in auckland so frt on it will be $1500. tarrif wont be that bad on it.
