Got this today - brass side tanks, so should not leak 'touch wood'.
Thanks to El-Freddo for providing a spare core to show to the radiator guy!

get it pressure tested before you put it in your car because if it leaks once you've finished putting together and find its leaky!
One of three ways to get pressure tested -
1) plug it in your somewhere there is hoses that will fit and run the engine till very hot and enough pressure to cause to leak
2) block one of the inlet or outlet and get compressed air in other and prevent escaping air in a tub of water see if you see any air coming out...
3) take it to radiator place to get it pressure tested.

I thought you would have got the pipes all brass out to the engine bay... then there would be nothing to worry about letting go. That said, i guess you'll be replacing the rubber hoses while your there, prob the best thing to do.
Looks good, i'll have to get one next time mine goes (hopefully ages down the track...)
Cheers
