Which option should i choose for exta 1"?

Another question - not really happy about the rear (as you noticed in photos) above , I would rather raise one more inch, what is the best way to do -

1 - Buy Outback Raised Springs for Rear Only.
2 - Buy Outback Raised Springs for all 4 wheels?
3 - Make an 1" lift block to place on the top of the Suspension & place under tower - I can use a round piece of metal and place bolts by using welder will give me 1" raise - cheapest option.
