HOSTGATOR ! can't it be fixed ?

up until ten days ago or so I used to enter this site by
http://www.ausubaru.com, click on forums and I'd be in. Then stumbled in thru subaclub.com, now use a bookmark/favourite link.
I reckon we must have members that still cannot get in the same way i did and figure we gone ?
is this fixable ? or is it being worked on and needs time , or is it money ?

It was playing up but has been fixed for ages. This is the first problem I have heard of.

I just cleared my browser cache, loaded up ausubaru.com..
the link jono is referring to is the 'Forums' image, which links to
http://www.ausubaru.com/main
which hostgator thinks doesn't exist.
http://www.ausubaru.com/main/ doesn't work either. Not sure if either should..?
Currently the only links that work on the front page are the ones specifically to
http://www.thebackyardboys.com, which results in the old side-menu we are all familiar with... from where you can click 'forums' with success.
happy to help with any web admin if the help would be handy. (ie i'm willing to put my time where my mouth is, from time to time)

nah, BYB i checked it just before doin' the post
step 1
http://www.ausubaru.com enter shows au site
step 2 click on forums then get backyardboys.com click on forums again
to get in to log in user name and password
that is how i got in every time, thought it was much the same everyone got in - but I knew Tim81 had another backdoor way in and found my own.
thought i'd share my lack of net ability for the benefit of others
