It's a conversion, look at the rear wing, three posts not the genuine RS two post. It's not an RS!

Rear seats are grey, not dark grey like the RS either...

Its got the right front bar, so it may be genuine, with the spoiler changed. Only the VIN will tell.

180k speedo and it is on the wrong side of the dash. Genuine got a 260 speedo and the taco was on the left hand side. It also has an alloy oil filler pipe wich is from a series one. Aussie RS's were series 2.

It's a standard misleading used car for sale ad from Five Dock.

I nearly bought a non-genuine RX Turbo once, lucky I didn't because it would need an engineers report to get it registered!

Its not an RS, its an GX body converted to RS... That what I think - not an expert here.

Ok things to look out for.

Grey interior (RS's had black), rear wing (RS's have 2 posts), brake light in the rear window (RS's didn't due to factory wing), Prob has solid rear rotors (RS's vented), 260km/h speedo with electronic writen on it (RS's don't have a cable speedo), RS's have 7000rpm redline on the tacho. Oil filler can be alloy if it's an early 92 model, I know of one with it from factory. Heaps of others but the most important.

Don't RS's have a 7500rpm redline? I've spun my 20G well over 7k many times!

Very obvious conversion job to my eyes too.... everything I spotted has been covered though :P
