BYB bbq - roughly when will it be?

Hey all.
I'd like to plan to head up to the BYB bbq this year but need to know when it will roughly be so i can plan "flexible" activities around this event. Also need to start saving for the trip.
Even if its just an answer like December or Early December etc.
