It is not looking good for our old data to be recovered. I have been in touch with consumer affairs and office of fair trading about it and have received less contact from them than I have from Ipaska. Hope is still there I suppose but not much.

Reviews, Surveys and Downloads sections, have been updated. Feel free to add content to both.

I have a few more reviews that I will write up over the next day or so along with a heap more downloads.

mate, I could of told you this if i knew a long time ago, but this guy is shonky +++, and has seen a couple court cases arise from poor practises.

Basically he's a snotty little 19 year old kid playing little entraponeur with some spare cash from his parents that he's decided to invest into setting up a webhosting service, without much of the service bit!

If he's got an ABN, then you should be able to find out addresses from the Freedom of Info Act.
There may be an operating address (not sure though)
If he doesn't have an ABN, then be bastard & report him to the ATO
