can anyone describe just what the difference is between EA81 and EA82 engine mount holes on the engine cross member. are the holes simply elongated further out or redrilled a fair bit further away ?

I have an EA82 member I can get at to measure to compare somehow if you have an EA81 to do same if that's gonna help

The holes for the EA82 are further apart, to put an EA82 into where an EA81 was you can simply elongate the holes using a die grinder

SWK to the rescue again ! thanks

that sounds better than the others, not here, who have said ...
1. use the L series crossmember
2. stick L over MY and drill through

I have made templates of L Series turbo engine crossmember cutaway pressing for the turbo pipe and gonna practice on n/a L xmember first.
