Whiteline rear sway bar for Brumby - who has one?

Post by BRUMBERTY » Fri Nov 25, 2005 12:43 pm

I would love to see some images of a rear sway bar, perhaps even a measurement or two.

I have an engineering mate who swears he can forge me one.
Thanks guys.

I've heard that the whiteline ones aren't exactly bolt-on and still need quite a bit of work to get them attached.

a guy in the US had some troubles installing, but may have been mechanical reasoning more than anything else.
BSR41 is the Whiteline #
ebray was the guy in the US, or was it McBrat ?

I got impression it was a torsion bar bent at a right angle which connected near diff, ends mounting forward

Edrach was the guy's name, he's a USMB regular.

Here is his photo album

I have had my BSR41 for over a year, and still haven't got around to installing it! Shame Tim, Shame!!!

Swaybar's are worth it for any car, and in particular a car that came with crap factory handling.

Plus, in my opinion, anything is worth it for an MY. EJ20T, viscous LSD, RX rear discs, genuine Subaru 15" wheels, TD05H, Apexi PowerFC, 555cc yellow tops, the list goes on.
