It's a little electric Subaru...
as much as you'd like to think Subaru was synonomous with performance, it appears to be a japan-only production vehicle (JDM), and since japan can do pretty much whatever they'd like, they do that. As a matter of fact, Japanese manufacturers make a hell of a lot more small petrol and electric and hybrid vehicles than you'd think.

It was origionally based on this R1 city car, and it turned into a 345HP EJ20 with antilag and an active centre diff. 0-100km/h in 3.8 sec and a top speed of 280km/h
