Well after 7 years it's time to move on. Selling to a gentleman in Gladstone and will be handing over the keys next Saturday.
Will be sad to see it go as have spent so much time & money on this project which I'll never get back but need to cut my losses sometime.
Hopefully the new owner has as much fun with it as I did.
Farewell ORX18 :(

Something different, not even 4 wheels!
I bought a KTM 200EXC about a year ago & and am trading it in on a 2006 525 EXC as am doing an around the country trip very soon. Will give me a chance to get used to it & do some mods for distant travelling.

Am upset that I'm gonna miss the BBQ though, the RX had been off the road for every one for the last few years but might trek up on the bike this year so I can joing you guys in the dirt!
Not sure if the new buyer is gonna take the RX to the BBQ as yet, will have to let him know about it.

Still got some work to do on it over the next week til I hand over the keys. The 'u-beaut custom clutch" I got made up is slipping on high boost in 4th & 5th so gotta pull it out, take it up to Brissie & get a brass button sprung centre & even heavier pressure plate made up for it instead. The guy who made it said my current one would hold 400hp at the crank no problems but slips like crazy soon as it comes on boost on 20psi.
Also gotta get a new windscreen & put it back on the dyno to retune for the new turbo & get the fuel pressure spot on.
Am only getting back about a 1/4 of the money I've spent on it in the last 12 months alone! 8O
Seems crazy to sell it after all I've done to it but need to cut my losses some time...
