L series rear camber

I posted about this once before but I think it was lost with the old forum data...
Can somebody please re-post that picture which explains how to adjust the camber of the rear wheels in an L series?

You dont really need a pic, jack the car up at the rear and take the wheels off. You will see 3 bolts infront of the drum or disc, undo them slightly and let the swing arm drop to the old bolt shaddows (may or may not be visable) then retighten do the same for the other side. if you dont have any luck it could end up being the inner pivot bushes are worn.

How do you actually make the camber more negative? It seems to be quite positive stock.

The best way to do it is using a trolly jack under the rear diff, loosen the bolts and play around with the weight of the car or the weight of the wheels until you're happy.
