So from the L series to this 2001 Forester Duel Range limited. Bought it for the wife a couple of months ago but have upgraded her car into a 2008 XS Premium Duel Range Forester. So this is the Run down on my 2001.

350 000 kms but full service history it has a few scratches and 1 tiny ding and 1 small bit of paint fade. This car is no stranger to off road its even done a trip to Cape York where apparently it did have a little bit of off road fun.

It will need me to replace a transfer bearing in the gear box and maybe the clutch next year but for now it will be undergoing a service this weekend.

Once these are complete I shall begin the mods.

Well was able to find a slightly damaged SubXtreame Bull bar for 80 bucks and now have fitted CB and Spotties.

Yeah I will be when I am ready for lift we have been already speaking about it at the moment I need a bash plate first. I do worry about the Subextreame ones because someone said they are cast ally? If I am not mistaken Cast ally if it gets a hard knock wont bend but will crack? thinking maybe 6mm ally sheet made to suit? also I have to do a transfer bearing and clutch which I am doing in tax time and need to regass may AC it works but seems to be intermittent.
