Sadly I am the conveyor of bad news. Dave aka csm101 passed away earlier this morning. He was struck down 3 weeks ago by a very aggressive virus. He has been in ICU and an induced coma for nearly 2 weeks. His family are having a very hard time with it. Our thoughts are with them. They have asked me to pass on the news to those that mattered to him.

I know he had made some good friends through here and I'm sure they would want to know.

His family have asked to not post on facebook please.

So sad to hear this. Dave was an awesome guy. Very accomadating to so many who constantly asked him for help on their rigs. Will be sadly missed by so many.

WOW, was only thinking of him yesterday as I was stripping a car and how he had helped me out several years ago with some parts.
Sad news indeed.
RIP Dave.
